Shuttle Service will depart the Embassy Suites promptly at 4:50 PM. Two shuttles will run continuously until 11:30 PM. Seating is limited but abundant - 50 persons. Uber or local taxi services should be scheduled in advance. They are unreliable in the mountains. ** Guests are welcome to leave a car overnight at the venue, but it MUST be moved before 10 am the next day.

Temperatures will fluctuate 15 - 20 degrees with daily highs averaging in the low 80's and nighttime lows in the mid 60's. The venue is climate controlled and comfortable no matter the weather. Cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors on the Creekside Patio, weather permitting.

Yes. The venue for dinner and reception is fully handicap accessible. The Creekside Patio for cocktail hour is not. Cocktail hour requires a short walk thru the lawn and over a bridge with 3 steps up and 5 steps down to the patio.
